Packwood, Washington · September 25–27, 2026
To reserve a tent site or RV site you must also buy a three-day access pass from the event web site. RV or tent sites are not available if you only have a one-day access ticket for the event.
Steps: 1) On the event web site buy a three-day access pass and a tent or RV site reservation.
2) To reserve a particular camp site or RV site, review the updated map below showing which sites are still available.
3) The person who bought the tickets must email the Chamber (see email at the bottom of this page) to tell the event staff which site(s) to reserve.
4) In the email please include the name matching the ticket purchase, and a phone number and email address. The listing for your site reservation in our system has a section for notes that can be viewed by the camp host. Therefore, in your email, you can and should include anything for those notes that you will want the camp host to see, such as your vehicle(s) model and color, license plate number(s), and the names of the other people who will also be using the site(s). This will help ensure that the right people are in the right places.
